WENDY BROWN-BLAU

CO-FOUNDER / MANAGING PARTNER

Wendy is a nationally recognized leader in search for managed care and government health plans. She also specializes in physician leadership and healthcare financial and operational leadership and has worked with well-known managed care plans and health systems across the country.

Wendy has more than 20 years experience in healthcare leadership roles, including Senior Vice President, General Manager, Vice President of Medicaid Programs and Vice President of Product Development at Independence Blue Cross. She also served as Senior Vice President at AmeriHealth Caritas, where she was responsible for Pennsylvania lines of business.

Wendy is currently on the board of the Human Relations Committee of Haddonfield, New Jersey. Her past board member roles include Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly, Haddonfield Board of Education and The Partnership Community Development Corporation.

PETER BLAU

CO-FOUNDER / MANAGING PARTNER

Peter focuses on executive search for senior clinical and non-clinical leaders for health systems and managed care organizations.

Prior to co-founding Westmont Search, Peter served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Howard System International, an information technology search firm. He also recruited key senior positions for many Fortune 500 firms as a management consultant. Peter has been recognized for his leadership as a regional sales director at MC2 Energy Services and divisional sales manager at Pillsbury.

Peter’s experience in diverse fields—including healthcare, consumer products, energy and technology—enables him to quickly understand his clients’ unique business models and financials. Having led teams across the Midwest, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, he is able to best match candidates with the right cultural and lifestyle fit.

Peter is currently a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is active in many community organizations.

Kim Taylor

Executive Search Consultant

Kim joined Westmont Search in 2010 and has more than 15 years of experience in executive search, sales and talent management. She leads searches for medical directors, nurse leaders and healthcare finance, marketing and network contracting executives. She has successfully recruited and placed mid-level and senior-level leaders at managed care plans and hospital systems nationwide. Earlier in her career, Kim served as a sales manager at several leading companies in the Philadelphia area.

Carolyn Lecocq

Executive Search Consultant

Carolyn serves as an Executive Search Consultant for Westmont Search. She specializes in full life cycle recruiting for highly experienced executive level talent and focuses on provider and payer leadership positions, public affairs and marketing, provider network management, pharmacy and government affairs. She also manages candidate pipelines and research development and works with clients and candidates on a variety of projects. Prior to Westmont Search, Carolyn worked in a variety of roles, managing administrative, database, billing and marketing projects and working with clients. Carolyn attended James Madison University. Other areas of involvement include the SmartCEO Admission Board 2016, NAWBO Membership Committee 2015, President of the Haddonfield Newcomers Club and she is also a member of the Haddonfield Foundation Board.

Nancy Guest

Research Coordinator and Project Manager

Nancy serves as a Research Coordinator and Project Manager for Westmont Search. She manages candidate pipelines and research development and also works with clients and candidates on a variety of projects. Prior to Westmont Search, Nancy worked in increasingly responsible research and administrative roles in the legal and food science industries. She received her Associates Degree in Business Management from Goldey-Beacom College. In her spare time, Nancy bakes some of the most beautifully decorative cakes for parties and celebrations.
